Our gaming academy is designed to help give an edge in the scene for (our) competitive gaming teams! 1PUNCH Nation's mission is to help educate the population on the benefits of good health and wellness, and this carries over heavy to the gaming scene.
Every gaming organization you look at or follow has their teams backed with health and wellness advice, from fitness routines to nutritional recommendations and more. Here at the 1PUNCH Gaming Academy, our teams will get just that!
Our academy teams will not only be competing to be the best they can be at their chosen video game, but also to be the best and healthiest version of themselves that they can be in and out of the gaming scene. Having a focus on health and wellness, and properly practicing health routines not only benefits the gaming performance of the team members, but benefits them short and long term in all aspects of life!
