Each design is delivered in the file format as requested with a sew-out in the appropriate color scheme on the specified fabric type. A production sheet is also included detailing thread colors used, stitch count and other important machine functions. |

Sew-Out
Each finished design is sewn out in the appropriate thread color scheme on the fabric specified by you, the client. This is done to insure a quality sew-out on the final product. As we all know, designs sew-out differently on a pique shirt than they do on a jersey knit and vice versa. You can feel confident that the design on your garments will look as good as the sample provided by 1Punch Pro Digitizing.
Production Sheet
A production sheet is provided with every design. This production sheet is accurate and so comprehensive that it can be used to calculate cost down to the penny as well as provide detailed information to your production staff and machine operators. An example of a typical production sheet along with a free design is located on the Downloads page of this website.
Delivery
1Punch is a fully digital company and can provide the best response time to your digitizing requests and questions through the use of email and the internet. If you prefer email delivery of the design file, a hard copy of the production sheet will be sent along with a sew-out of the design via USPS at a later date. However, 1Punch does not discriminate. If you do not have email, design files will be sent on floppy disk along with a hard copy of the production sheet and a sew-out of the design via USPS, UPS or Fed-Ex. It's your choice!
